Bulk creation guide

How to Bulk Create Pinterest Pins from a Sitemap or URL List

Bulk creation is useful when a site already has a library of pages. GenPin’s bulk workflow can accept a sitemap, RSS feed, or URL list, generate pins across multiple posts, and let you choose what to download or schedule.

Choose a manageable source set

Start with a focused sitemap, feed, or URL list rather than importing every page on a large site. Pick pages with a clear destination, a useful image, and a topic that belongs on Pinterest. Remove tag archives, author pages, and duplicate URLs before you generate.

Import and inspect the source pages

Open Bulk Import, select the source type, and review the pages found. Correct a URL or remove a weak page before generation. This step keeps the queue tied to real content and makes later metadata review faster.

Generate, then curate

Use the generated gallery to compare designs and source images. Keep a mix of layouts where it improves the content, but do not force a variation when the page has no distinct angle. Edit titles, descriptions, and links for pins that need a more precise promise.

Schedule with destination spacing in mind

Review the proposed queue before publishing. Avoid placing several nearly identical pins for the same page together, and check board and timing choices in the scheduler. Export the selected PNGs when you prefer to publish through your own Pinterest process.
