Autopilot publishes to your own Pinterest account, at the pace you choose within your plan. Accounts used for spam or to evade Pinterest’s rules may be suspended; see the terms of service.
Billing questions
- How do I cancel Pro?
- Email support@genpin.co from your account email and we will cancel the subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Is tax included in the price?
- No. The price is shown before tax. Tax (such as VAT or sales tax) is calculated at checkout from your location and added on top where it applies.
- Why are there monthly limits?
- Every pin is rendered and published on our servers, and Pinterest accounts do best with a steady pace rather than a flood. The limits keep the service affordable and your posting sensible. They reset at the start of each month.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, so try the Free plan first. If a technical problem on our side stops you from using Pro, contact support@genpin.co and we will put it right.
