By accessing and using GenPin (genpin.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

GenPin is a web-based tool that allows users to create Pinterest pin graphics. New users receive 50 free downloads. Users can upgrade to a one-time Pro plan for unlimited bulk pin generation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share your account credentials with others
One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Pricing & Payments

New accounts receive 50 free downloads upon account creation
A one-time Pro upgrade can be purchased for lifetime bulk import access
The Pro plan is licensed for use with one website URL
All purchases are processed securely through Dodo Payments

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to use your free downloads to evaluate the service before purchasing Pro. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the text, images, and content you create using GenPin
Generated Pins: Pins you create are yours to use commercially without attribution
Our Templates: Our templates and design elements remain our intellectual property but are licensed to you for use in your pins

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GenPin to create content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains hate speech or discrimination
Is spam or misleading

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

GenPin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for purchases in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
